Our Story

The Crawfish Chef is a Cajun-inspired seafood restaurant founded in 2016 by Chef Henry Nguyen. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Henry created The Crawfish Chef establishment to further his passion and share his culinary creations with the world. Customers acclaim their favorite dishes such as the Seafood Fried Rice, Jumbo Chicken Wings, Po’Boy Sandwiches, and the renowned Seafood Boils topped with the House Special sauce. The Crawfish Chef is located in Kent, Puyallup, Westlake Center, Bellevue, and North Seattle in order to ensure that the delicious foods can be experienced anywhere.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.

We had combo #9 for two adults to share and sausage fried rice. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was 5 star!! We had the garlic house butter with medium spice which is $6 extra. It was $168 after tax and definitely worth it.
No more driving an hour to the crab pot in Seattle! We’ll definitely be back for another date night. The vibe is real chill, establishment is clean and I’d recommend them to everyone. Come and give them a try!

Let me tell you! Boiling Crawfish in Puyallup. Our first time going. And definitely not our last. We brought family and friends. If you love seafood go. If you don’t like seafood go!! Everything was so yummy! And the waiters. So nice, fast and efficient! Not one thing was wrong. Our orders came out nice and hot. Go! Go! Go!

Just learned that Boiling Crawfish is changing their name to Crawfish Chef Seafood Restaurant. Overall the seafood is still delicious! My husband loves the garlic butter noodles, where I enjoy rice, to be eaten with our seafood boil. Love that they have a good sauce selection, but the house special is my favorite! Always a delicious meal every time we visit and staff is great.

Here on vacation from Michigan and wanted to try something new. Looked at the reviews and decided to try them out. So glad we did! Got the Combo #9, added 4 lobster tails. So much food! Was so good! Shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops, oysters, mussels, corn & potatoes. Try the house blend seasoning. Amazing! Our waiter, Long, can definitely mix a good adult beverage. Clean restaurant as well. If you pass this place up, we advise against that!
