Our Story

The Crawfish Chef is a Cajun-inspired seafood restaurant founded in 2016 by Chef Henry Nguyen. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Henry created The Crawfish Chef establishment to further his passion and share his culinary creations with the world. Customers acclaim their favorite dishes such as the Seafood Fried Rice, Jumbo Chicken Wings, Po’Boy Sandwiches, and the renowned Seafood Boils topped with the House Special sauce. The Crawfish Chef is located in Kent, Puyallup, Westlake Center, Bellevue, North Seattle in order to ensure that the delicious foods can be experienced anywhere.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.

Food was epic, and the staff were some of the most kind and genuine people I have ever met. Extremely fun experience – prepare to use your hands.

I’m not aware of any similar experience in the South Seattle area so this place is definitely worth a visit. It was also super affordable for the amount (and type) of food you are getting.

This is my favorite Canjun seafood spot in the area. The menu is fantastic with a variety of choice for appetizer, seafood, and carbs. Crawfish fried rice is a must-have, so fragrant and paired really well with the seafood. Portion is also generous and of course, the seafood is amazing too. Service is friendly as well. Highly recommended!
